We accept requests for special designs as long as it is possible to be created on the bead boards. Simply drop us an email at jade.lokly@gmail.com or sync.loklx@gmail.com with the required information below.

To make a request, we need certain information from you.
1. A theme, or a focus object. It will basically tell us what the design is going to be about.
(Examples: Game/anime character, an object, a type of food, a certain pattern, a type of animal, etc.)
Alternatively, you can attach an image you want with the email. This would make it easier for us to draw up the design and ensure that it is exactly what you want :)
2. Type of product you want the it to be. It can be anything, we'll get back to you as to whether it is physically possible to be created.
(Examples: Keychain, Coaster, Wall Decoration, Clock, Coin Bank, Magnet, etc.)

Requests will be replied within 48 hours if it contains a defined image, and within a week if a free-form design is required. We need time to make sure that designs are up to standards, so you may have to wait for it :) Design templates, relative size and pricing will be included in the replies. We will also provide a reply with reasons if a design is impossible to be created.
